Ricky Ore

Mr. Rickey Ore is the president of the KIR Foundation, which is committed to advancing the mission of actively engaging in and addressing various social and community issues impacting individuals within our local and broader communities. Mr. Ore oversees the board of directors and ensures the Foundations’ growth and success. Partnering with a few organizations in the nonprofit sector, Rickey brings leadership and strategic expertise to the organization, guiding efforts to make a measurable impact in the community.

Having worked in the education sector for 15 years, Mr. Ore is passionate about educating the youth and is dedicated to fostering partnerships, driving innovation, and enduring sustainable growth in pursuit of the organization’s goals of empowering young minds. He currently serves as a Senior Grant Accountant for one of the highest-ranking research institutions in the country. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wilmington University, specializing in Organizational Leadership.
