Gregory Oguje, a 2005 graduate of William Paterson University with a degree in Business Management, concentrating in Finance, currently serves as the Secretary of the KIR Foundation. In this role, he is instrumental in advancing the foundation’s mission to empower and educate the next generation of professionals. Gregory is deeply committed to mentorship, sharing his expertise, and fostering professional growth, reflecting his strong belief in the value of continuous learning and development.

Outside of his work with the Foundation, Gregory is a Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) and brings a wealth of industry knowledge to his role. He is also a dedicated husband and father to two boys, balancing his professional commitments with a strong family focus
